SUMMARY:Innovation Ungovernance: SustainAbility: Adapt or die!
DESCRIPTION:Digital revolutions and developments have been changing the way
  we work\, socialise and experience the world. In the last few years\, Inn
 ovation Ungovernance aimed at developing yourself and your organisation to
  fulfil the demands for more innovation. This year\, still keeping the foc
 us on innovation\, we will focus on the roles of managers\, leaders and te
 ams in organisations via societal case studies. Case studies that in thems
 elves may already be useful for your organisation to further develop its s
 ocial responsibility.\n\nThe virtual vicinity and the relativity of social
  and physical distance are a challenge for organisations in the ever-expan
 ding world. However\, there is a self-evident tendency to simplify our com
 plex environment\; isn’t this precisely the danger why so many innovatio
 n-processes fail?\n\nDuring the event we will offer several recipes to und
 erstand the simplifications we use by better looking at the complex enviro
 nment. We identify the problem environment\, the solution space\, the dyna
 mics in which the change takes place and the leadership that is required. 
 In that setting knowledge plays a crucial role.\n\nIn our view\, new devel
 opments can happen anywhere and at any time\, changing the field of play f
 or an organisation and affecting its place in the market. Organisations mu
 st find solutions that better link their ability to solve problems with th
 e challenges they face now\, and in the future\, and at the same time cons
 idering sustainability for the future of all. And yes\, there is a need fo
 r that: The choice is: adapt or die. \n\nOn June 17th the yearly Innovatio
 n Ungovernance event takes place\, focussing on improving your - and your 
 organisation’s ability to understand our changing world and better prepa
 re for dealing with challenges. Starting from an alternative view on the (
 r)evolving future we will exchange insights within a new paradigm to visua
 lise the challenges.\n\nWHAT WILL YOU BRING HOME?\n\nThe Calimero effect -
