 \n\nIn honor of National Preparedness Month in September\, Region 1 is ple
 ased to host a disaster preparedness webinar for all types of libraries. 
  This webinar is designed to improve your Library's ability to respond to
  a sudden disaster by laying out five easy steps to follow.\n\nThe guest s
 peaker will be Dan Wilson\, Associate Director for Collections &amp\; Libr
 ary Services at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Library. Dan w
 as the Coordinator for the Network of the National Library of Medicine's 
 National Emergency Preparedness &amp\; Response Initiative from 2007 to 20
 16. During that time\, he facilitated training programs and engagement op
 portunities about emergency preparedness for libraries\, communities\, com
 munity-based health organizations and emergency planners. Dan has worked 
 with state library agencies in South Carolina\, New Jersey\, Montana\, Pen
 nsylvania\, North Carolina\, Maryland\, and Virginia.\n\n\n\n\nObjectives:
