This is a hands-on course with a high focus on practical and computer-based learning delivered through demonstrations, guided practical exercises and facilitated tutorials using Review Manager (RevMan) and Endnote software.
Experienced facilitators are on hand to give you practical advice on undertaking publishable systematic reviews.
Objectives:
To identify and clarify your review questions, understand and develop search strategies and manage the results of systematic searches.
To understand how to extract data and assess the risk of bias of included studies.
Participants will learn to understand and carry out the syntheses of data extracted, apply the methodology and conduct reviews independently.
Course Fee: Early Bird discount fee is £800 if booked before 31st March, 2019. Later bookings, fee is £895. The course fee includes all learning materials, refreshments and lunch every day, plus farewell evening meal on Thursday 20th June, 2019.
